Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Return:
- Apparel, lifestyle accessories, and hobby-related tools
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)
❌ Not Eligible for Return:
- Personalized, custom-made, or intimate goods (for hygiene reasons)
- Clearance items marked Final Sale
- DIY kits that have been opened or used
- Digital downloads or e-products (PDFs, e-guides, templates, etc.)
Furniture & Decor Items
We only accept returns for furniture or delicate decor items if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or not as described
- You must submit clear photo or video proof within 48 hours of delivery
Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at contact@hobjex.com with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Supporting images (if applicable)
We will respond within 24–48 business hours and guide you through the next steps, including return address and packaging instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
- In case of our error, we’ll either issue a prepaid return label or reimburse return shipping based on the agreed method.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You’ll receive an email notification of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account and credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing delays can occur.
- If it’s still unresolved, reach out to us at contact@hobjex.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, kindly return the original and place a new order after your refund is processed.
Important Notes
- Do not return items to the sender’s address mentioned on the parcel. The correct return address will be shared by our team via email.
- Returned products without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
