Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return:

  • Apparel, lifestyle accessories, and hobby-related tools
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Personalized, custom-made, or intimate goods (for hygiene reasons)
  • Clearance items marked Final Sale
  • DIY kits that have been opened or used
  • Digital downloads or e-products (PDFs, e-guides, templates, etc.)

Furniture & Decor Items

We only accept returns for furniture or delicate decor items if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • You must submit clear photo or video proof within 48 hours of delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at contact@hobjex.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting images (if applicable)

We will respond within 24–48 business hours and guide you through the next steps, including return address and packaging instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
  • In case of our error, we’ll either issue a prepaid return label or reimburse return shipping based on the agreed method.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email notification of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account and credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing delays can occur.
  3. If it’s still unresolved, reach out to us at contact@hobjex.com.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, kindly return the original and place a new order after your refund is processed.

Important Notes

  • Do not return items to the sender’s address mentioned on the parcel. The correct return address will be shared by our team via email.
  • Returned products without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
